This notice explains how INICS - Information Consulting & Solutions Ltd. processes personal data for the puit.is public website and the demo access request flow currently available on this site. It is written for the present beta scope and will be updated whenever the authentication or communication setup changes materially.

4. Processors and hosting

Development and infrastructure support are provided by contracted service providers. Hosting resources are currently operated in the EEA through infrastructure providers engaged under processor arrangements. If analytics is enabled in production, Google services may process analytics data in or outside the EEA according to the configuration in use at that time.

5. Demo access and authentication

If you request demo access, we may process your name, email address, organisation, role or function, request details, access status, authentication-related information and technical access logs. We use this information to review demo requests, manage restricted access, protect the demo environment, prevent misuse and maintain security. Demo access is not public and remains subject to internal approval. The current public website does not offer unrestricted public user accounts. Restricted demo access may require authentication and remains subject to internal approval. Requesting demo access does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Demo sessions use essential authentication cookies required to keep the protected dashboard available after sign-in.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to info@inics.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

7. Updates to this notice

We will update this notice whenever the production scope changes materially, especially before changing the account, login, approval, or communication features.
